Policies

Deposits, cancellations, camp rules, and the terms and privacy policy for this website.

Reservations and deposits

A 50% deposit is due by January 1.
The final payment is due by April 1.
A $100 deposit is non-refundable if the reservation is made before January 1.

Cancellation policy

Before July 1: 80% of the full reservation total is refunded.
After that date: no refunds.

Camp rules

Every guest wears a Ride N Rest wristband. Visitors are welcome; a visitor who stays the night checks in at the office and buys a wristband.
Leashed pets are welcome.
No fires.
RVs, trucks, rigs and trailers will not be allowed to move during the rally.
Use the water fill station and dump station at check-in and check-out. The dump station is free.
Generators are not allowed in the tent area. Generator camping is in the 10-acre field.
Tent and primitive camping is first come, first served.
Cabin guests: please bring your own sheets, blankets and pillows.

We respect your privacy. You can browse this website without giving us any personal information.

Reservation requests: when you send a request, we keep what you enter (name, contact details, address, dates, party size and message) so we can answer you and manage your reservation. We don't sell it or share it with anyone else.

Cookies and analytics: this site may use cookies and Google Analytics to understand how visitors use it, and Google Ads to measure our advertising. You can turn cookies off in your browser.

Children: this site is not meant for, and does not knowingly collect information from, anyone under 18.
